An alien encounter with some of Hawaii’s coolest marine life
About
Come enjoy an alien encounter with some of Hawaii’s coolest marine life. The large harmless mantas have no teeth and no stingers. During the day they cruise the current lines and reefs of the Big Island. At night is when they can be invited to a great feast under our lights. The mantas eat plankton that are attracted to the lights in the water. This makes for some spectacular up close viewing!
This trip begins from Honokohau Marina and our super fast Navy Seal attack boat will whisk you out to one of the popular spots for this nightly manta feast for a snorkeling experience you will be sure to remember. Don’t forget to bring an extra towel or a warm jacket for the return trip. We will provide the snorkel gear and hot cocoa!
